Spongy Rice Dosa

Remix is becoming a fashion in music. why don't we do it in food too. Yeah.. I am a person who really hates to waste food. It happens that almost everyday there is some food left out because of poor eaters at home. Its always good to make use of such food to remake new dishes.

Lets remix the old rice into spongy dosas. :)

Ingredients:

Cooked Rice - 1 cup
Raw Rice - 1 cup
Salt - for taste
Cooking soda - 1/2 tsp

Method:

Soak raw rice for an hour. Now grind it smoothly along with cooked rice. Mix it well adding salt to it and let it for fermenting. May be for a night or so. Add cooking soda just before you make dosa and mix well. Now make dosas in the pan. :) Rice dosa is ready to eat. :)

Serve it hot with chutney or pickle. :) Happy making and enjoy eating :)
